Secretary and spokesperson Edward S Winfrey will be on live radio  AM1570 Chicago. Sunday March 

23 at 9:00am (Central U.S. Time) 3pm in Western Africa, 4pm in South and Central Africa and 5pm East 

Africa time. He will begin the African union's branding campaign to inform and enlighten the diaspora on 

the African Union efforts to facilitate and expedite the process of integration of the diaspora. He will 

explain how the process will integrate the diaspora into the other 5 regions of the African Union for the 

political, economical and social development of all 6 regions of the African Union (including the diaspora). 

He will also explain the importance of the African Union passport and transnational ID card to facilitate 

African and Diaspora investments. He will explain what to do, where to do, and how to do in order to
